What I think people are having trouble with is the fact that their FRIENDS can see things they are posting and liking. Even though, yes, this info was available always, now that it is RIGHT THERE, it’s freaking people out. There are also rumors that private groups comments are showing up on people’s tickers. I have also heard rumors that blocking people doesn’t always help. Although I have not seen any evidence proving this, rumors are stronger than the facts. Thank you for the video!
That is correct. It was never in your face, but it was always available to see. Until I see proof of the later (which I haven’t) I’m not going to believe it.
I agree. And yet this fear of blocked folks, private info all getting out…it’s making people crazy. I am sharing this video on my page. I really do appreciate it.

Posting photos. I always mark my photos that only friends can see it. However, I have noticed when I tag someone, their friends can now see it and comment on it. Anyway to fix this?
I would also LOVE if you went over making FB as private as possible, bearing in mind that FB owns the data 🙂
I believe the photo tagging thing is a bug. I don’t think it’s supposed to work that way. I’ve had a few other friends complain of this. It started happening after they upgraded the photos recently with the white lightbox and bigger sizes. Try reporting it if yo haven’t already.
