Share Instagram Picts on Google+

One problem people have with getting really involved in using Google+ is that first you have to remember that it’s there, and second it’s usually an extra step or 4 if you want to share whatever it is you just shared on Facebook and Twitter to Google+.  I’m guilty of it as well.  Even though I adore the Google+ platform, I still have very few friends that are actually using it.  Sure all my geeky friends are there and I love that, but friends in real life and family members I don’t see making the switch any time soon.

So, in an effort to get more people to join me over at Google+, I’ll offer some tutorials on how to make sharing to Google+ just a little bit easier.  First of which is sharing instagram photos to Google+.  It’s actually SOOOO easy!

First take picture with instagram and share it (with the standard instagram sharing options).

Next click on your profile by tapping on the profile icon in the bottom right corner of your instagram app.  Click the picture you want to share to Google+.

Now, in the bottom right corner of the screen you should see 3 horizontal dots.  Click the dots.

Next click Share

Find the program you want to share the photo to… in this case Google+

Now you can add additional comments, or just share it as is!  And woo hoo!  All done!

Don’t forget to follow me on Google+ and on Instagram!
